We're excited to announce our new partnership with TriRig. TriRig's amazing new triathlon bike, the TriRig OMNI, has a build spec that features the all new FLO 60 and FLO 90 Carbon Clinchers. TriRig's venture into manufacturing bikes, and the OEM partnership for FLO, is a first for both of us.
Nick Salazar from TriRig.com gave us a presentation on the bike a short while ago, and we were highly impressed with the bike and how much thought went into its design. The design of the TriRig OMNI has some of the best integrations we've ever seen on a tri bike. It’s refreshing to see so much thought packed into a single bike. The design takes everything into consideration including the the person riding it and working on it.

- Wheels are scheduled to start shipping on Friday September 16, 2016 and shipping is estimated to be completed by September 30, 2016.

Questions About Order 27
Q1. How and where do I place my order?
A1. The store will open 10:00am PDT on September 15th, 2016. On the morning of the order, the store page will have a count down timer on it. When the count down timer hits 00:00:00:00, refresh your browser to access the store and begin shopping!

Q2. Do we have live up to date inventory on our site?
A2. That’s sort of a yes and no question. When you select the product you will see how many are available under the “Bearings or Bearing/Build” pull down menus (The “Sticker Color” pull down does not show how many wheels are in stock.). If there is one left and you add it to your cart it does not mean you have secured the wheel. You must complete your transaction to confirm the wheel is yours. If someone else has bought the wheel before you've checked out, you will receive an out of stock warning when you hit the confirm order button.
Q3. My page is really slow. What should I do? (We hope this doesn’t happen!)
A3. We have done all we can to beef up the server to prevent issues. That said there are no guarantees. When you add a wheel to your cart it may take a second or two to load. Please do NOT hit the "Add to Cart" button multiple times. If you do, you will add more then one wheel to your shopping cart. If there are any technical difficulties during the sale, please be patient, we will be working to correct them as soon as humanly possible. If your page is slow after hitting the “Confirm Order” button, PLEASE DO NOT REFRESH YOUR BROWSER.
Q4. Will I get a Silca Valve Extender, Continental Tube, or Silca FLO DISC Tool?
A4. A FREE Silca Valve extender will be included with each FLO 60 and 90, a free tube will be given with each FLO 30 and FLO 45, and a free Silca FLO DISC Tool will be given with each FLO DISC.
Q5. When will the wheels ship to me?
A5. Shipping is scheduled to start on Friday, September 16th and is estimated to be completed by Friday, September 30th. If you have questions about the shipping schedule, please let us know.
Q6. Do you still sell wheels with ceramic bearings?
A6. For 2016 we have discontinued our ceramic wheel line. After testing, we did not find there was a performance improvement over our Japanese EZO stainless steel bearings.
Q7. Do you offer Shimano 11 speed freehub bodies?
A7. All of our rear wheels ship with 8/9/10/11 speed compatible freehub bodies. They also ship with a spacer for people running 9/10 speed cassettes.
Q8. What payment methods do you accept?
A8. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept PayPal.

Jon and I have been growing FLO for more than five years now, and it's time for us to bring on a new team member. We are looking for a Customer Service & Shipping Manager. This unique position will focus on answering incoming customer inquiries, processing orders and managing the fulfillment process, and managing all product warranties. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills in addition to being extremely organized, detail oriented, and proactive. Candidates should have basic mechanical skills and comfort working with hand tools. Specific wheel maintenance and repair knowledge will be taught during on the job training.

Will current FLO customer service change? Can I still talk to Chris or Jon?
Customer service has been a huge part of what we do at FLO Cycling. We also recognize that being able to call a company and get the owner on the phone, is a benefit to many of our customers. Those things won't go away, but as you grow, there comes a point in time where Jon and I can no longer handle everything. The vast majority of customer requests that we get can easily be handled by the right team member. Simply stated, not every question we receive needs to by answered by Jon or I. However, our cell numbers will remain on our Contact page, and if you need us, don't hesitate to call us.
How does this make FLO better?
Jon and I currently spend, hours each day, answering emails, and managing our fulfillment center. The majority of this correspondence isn't problem solving, it's about getting the ball rolling, or handling common customer requests. Hiring the right person to help manage this correspondence, will allow Jon and I to focus on the things that will help FLO continue to improve. Jon and I can better help FLO by spending our time designing new products, conducting research, writing informative articles etc.
